Photographers' rights
When taking 'real world' photographs, for research, illustration materials for talks etc. I often wonder about the legal implications; whether I am invading people's privacy etc. John Naughton links to this readable clarification by Linda MacPherson of the law department at Herriot Watt Univeristy, for which I'm very grateful.
