In an interview in Business Week Jacob Nielsen claims that company CEOs shouldn't be tweeting to their customers because 'the CEO's job is to articulate the company's vision and direction, which requires more than 140 characters.'
Put me in mind of a quote attributed to Mark Twain (above) 'I didn't have time to write a short letter, so I wrote a long one instead.'
