Too close for comfort?
BBC news features Usability Exchange, a business that tests the accessibility of web sites using a bank of testers with disabilities who put new web applications through their paces. The service has already been taken up by commercial and public sector organisations. The article features comments from an RNIB spokeswoman who, ouch!, is not exactly welcoming. Hard to work out what's behind this.
